"TRIMET IS USING CAMERA'S ON THE BUSES TO BUST DRIVERS. THE FORMER CSI POLICY PROHIBITED USING CAMERA'S AS A DISCIPLINARY TOOL. THE NEW POLICY DOES NOT HAVE THAT PROHIBITION"
