SEATTLE LURCHES AHEAD

King County Metro Transit showed off a new RapidRide bus Monday morning. The arrival of a $13.8 million grant from the Federal Transit Administration will help Metro acquire 16 hybrid-electric buses and make shelter and station improvements for the first route in 2010.
