Mr Joseph Rose who is pictured above has taken it upon himself to be Inquisitor in charge of perusing bus drivers who in his high and mighty opinion do things that he himself does not approve of.

Mr Rose thinks that his judgments are superior to the entire institution of TRIMET, which has now been functioning for more than a few decades.

So who is Mr Rose? Why does he think of himself so capable of judging others?
