However you came to the decision to retain fare less, I think you did the right thing from a customer relations standpoint.

I would like to recommend to you however, that your "review" not be limited to just fare less Square, but should include the entire fare structure employed by this organization.

The ticket/transfer/zone/pass structure as it is employed now, is really a disgrace and needs to be overhauled.

This would be a good time to do it.

Just my 2 cents.
