I've made the decision to stop and let people off/on anywhere along this re-route as long as its safe. Might as well let this nightmare work to the advantage of some of the poor passengers.
You'll notice in this video as I pull up to the transit center a wheelchair coming up to the bus. The girl in that wheelchair had just gotten out of surgery and looked like she had been dead for a week. I can't believe that people take the bus home from surgery!
