I would have turned the bus in. That is a BIOHAZARD.
Better yet, I'd ask to run the bus on the 17 line, in time to take Fred Hansen from his condo to work.
"Yes, Fred. Your busses ARE full of S***. You're the boss, what are you going to do with it? Make your poor passengers and drivers put up with it, or FIX THE DAMN PROBLEM??????"
